In honor of Safety Week, our Harwood Data Center crew came together to revisit important safety guidelines and reinforce our commitment to a safe work environment. It was a great opportunity for the team to reflect, connect, and stay focused on keeping safety a top priority every day!

We were also proud to have our CEO, Chris Shuler, and Vice President of Commercial Construction, Terry Bartsh, join us to show their support for our team. Their presence made the event even more meaningful as we continue working together to maintain a strong culture of safety!

These last two days, our crews participated in hands on training, reinforcing the best practices in safety and strengthening their knowledge in the field.

Day one was filled with educating the crew within a classroom environment.

Day two was the hands on learning portion.

The crew completed training in:

- Hand and Power Tools
- Material Handling

Our training is filled with mentor moments, ensuring our crews are prepared, confident, and committed to maintaining safety standards on site.

Last nights Casino Night was a fun way to celebrate a monumental 2025 here at Century Builders. We are incredibly proud of each of our divisions and the talent we have amongst us. The caliber of our teams is simply unmatched.

We’d like to take a moment to specifically thank Terry Bartsh for his role in our success. Having been with us since the beginning, Terry has been a cornerstone. His steadfast drive and unwavering loyalty through the years have proven his commitment to our company. In recognition of his leadership, it is our privilege to formally announce his appointment as Vice President of Construction. Congratulations, Terry!

Thanks again to each and every employee (and sub contractor) for all their hard work this year. Looking forward to another ground breaking year ahead of us. 🚧🏗️🦺

Our respect for Applied Digital goes beyond just that of a contractor/client relationship. We’ve believed in Wes and the board, and their vision for the company, since the very first time we met.
