⭐️ GIBB TEAM SPOTLIGHT ⭐️
Some people find their career path. Others grow up in it.
Chris Wang, one of our Residential Service Technicians, grew up watching his dad run a heating and plumbing business and has now spent more than 25 years in the trades himself. Today, he's celebrating 2 years with Robert Gibb & Sons! 👏
💬 What he loves about the job:
"I enjoy all the different people you get to meet and the variety that comes with every day. No two days are exactly the same. Lately, I've also started training some of our newer technicians, which has been a rewarding experience."
💡 His advice for younger generations:
"Get into the trades. They're not going anywhere, and there will always be a need for skilled people. Everyone needs heat and A/C, and there's a lot of opportunity if you're willing to learn. You don't need extensive schooling to get started, but you do have to put in the work and learn the craft. It's a career you can be proud of and one that can provide for your family for a long time."
🎣 Outside of work, Chris enjoys fishing, golfing, spending time with his dog, and being outdoors.
