Friday Night Lights at EHP Performance (Moorhead, MN) is one of those reminders that community is built one rep at a time.

Last Friday was Week 1 — Friday Night Lights / CrossFit Games Open Workout 26.1. The workout was a fast, gritty test of wall-ball shots and box work with volume that climbs quickly—all under a 12-minute time cap.

Our own Jeff Morrau volunteered on the floor as a judge, helping keep reps consistent and encouraging athletes through the hard moments—whether someone is chasing a ranking or simply showing up for fun.

What stood out most wasn’t the scoreboard—it was the energy: people cheering, coaching, and pushing through tough reps together.
