This was a big project we just finished. It was a 2 story steel sided house, along with a big shed. The house and shed needed a really good pressure wash before starting. We needed a 40 foot boom lift to reach all the angles! This project was a 3 coat process on both buildings. First coat was a metal bonding primer, followed by 2 coats of finish. The house was a Sherwin Williams Pure White, and the shed was Sherwin Williams Iron Ore - roof - and Barn Red for the walls. The house also got new black shutters that we installed. Exterior season is winding down, and this rain hasn’t helped, but we may try to get in one or two more! Thanks to the crew for their hard work on this big project.

This is a new build we have been working on. The customer wanted a “rustic old” look for a pantry door. The double doors are the main doors of the house, and the “rustic” door is our attempt at making a new door look old. Special thanks goes out to one of our employees Hunter Robinson for the assistance on the mock up/application/finished product. We have not done this before, but I think it turneded out pretty cool. This was an exterior project we just finished. The siding was a lighter gray color, that we changed to a dark gray color, called Forged Steel. We also painted all of the windows a bright white, and the foundation. A bunch of the siding had some very uneven areas from aging. We used exterior spackle and sanded smooth best we could. We then primed and put 2 coats of paint on everything. It turned out great!

It’s been a very busy summer so far for Randash Painting! We are knocking out lots of projects. Including this featured restaurant wall of wood. We gel stained and clear coated this wood in place. We just finished up our first exterior for the year. Mother Nature was slow to go bringing us warm temps this Spring, but when it did it brought us 95 😅. Exterior season is upon us. This project had a lot of failing and flaking paint. A good pressure wash/scrape/sand/prime got it back into good shape. 2 coats of exterior paint and it was back to looking like new!

This was a lake house cabinet re paint we just finished. The cabinets were a darker green/gray to start, and we went to a lighter tan/greige color called Mega Greige from Sherwin Williams. They turned out great! Summer is fast approaching and the schedule is looking busy! Hopefully we get some warm temps soon. Give us a call for all your cabinet painting projects!
