I been going through the struggle this year that's for sure and I got some lose ends I'ma tie up but, for now on no more family friends of friends or cause you gonna get maybe some type of word of mouth that might get you a lead for some more work ..
Im charging 35sq ft for my walls if I can lay some flags 45 sq ft if no flags plus 15$ a sq ft for my rock if I supply with a 100sq ft delivery fee of 450$ plus I want 25$ lineal foot for my cap 10 lineal fot for outside and inside corners plus 50$ a foot for proper drainage to be installed length of wall and 50$ a kick out all sand gravel and mortar must be delivered to job prior to my start and if I got to do the demo that's a whole nother story
So yeah coming out with a price sheet for the new season I got some stuff in the mix though so I do got some deals for the custom home match outside in to the fireplace kitchen island and a kicker or two I might be willing to almost give away for the people help me get my ideas out there keep your eyes open
