Havre de Grace, Maryland was the setting for this recent service project for Jim and Esther, who were ready to enjoy their deck again after their retractable awning stopped working. Years of weather had also taken a toll on the original valance, and after being unable to get help from the original installer, they began searching for another solution.

After finding us online, they took the time to review our website and read through our customer reviews. Once we scheduled an on-site evaluation, we diagnosed the issue, restored the awning to proper working condition, and installed a new replacement valance to give it a fresh, finished appearance.

With the awning operating as it should, Jim and Esther can once again enjoy their deck during these warm summer days instead of avoiding it because of the heat. Sometimes a repair is all it takes to bring an outdoor living space back to life.

Nottingham, Maryland gave Donald and Tammy the outdoor space they wanted, but the afternoon sun made their new deck difficult to enjoy. After Tammy began taking medication that limited her time in direct sunlight, spending time together outside became a challenge.

They found us through a Google search, read our customer reviews, explored our website, and appreciated how simple and straightforward the process was. We started with photos of their space, scheduled a brief conversation, and designed a solution that fit their needs.

The project included a motorized retractable awning with integrated LED lighting and a wind sensor for added convenience and protection. The result is a shaded outdoor living space they can use throughout the day without worrying about prolonged sun exposure.

Without this addition, their new deck would have seen very little use during the summer months. Instead, they now have a comfortable place to relax, share meals, and enjoy each other's company while making the most of the outdoor space they invested in.
