L.F. Jennings is proud to announce our selection as the general contractor for The Bellamy, an office-to-residential conversion at 1320 North Courthouse Road for Quadrangle Development in Arlington, Virginia.

The project will transform an existing vacant office building into approximately 296 market-rate apartments, bringing new life to the property through adaptive reuse. Residents will enjoy extensive amenities, including a rooftop addition featuring a pool, sundeck, work-from-home spaces, and entertainment areas with sweeping views of the Potomac River and Washington, D.C. monuments.

Our team began interior demolition work this summer, marking the first steps in the building's transformation. With construction underway and completion anticipated in 2028, we're excited to partner with Quadrangle Development Corporation and the talented project team to bring this vision to life.

Our 2026 L.F. Jennings Company Picnic brought employees and their families together for an afternoon of good food, great company, and plenty of fun. From friendly co****le competitions and inflatables to caricature artists and face painting, there was something for everyone to enjoy!

We spend our days building projects, but it’s the relationships we build along the way that make LFJ special. We're grateful for opportunities like these to come together, catch up, and make memories outside the office and jobsite.

450,000+ SF. 18 months. The Northeast's largest multipurpose sports facility.

The complexity of building The St. James went far beyond its scale.

The facility combines NHL-regulation ice rinks, an Olympic regulation size pool, FIFA-regulation turf field, hardwood courts, fitness and wellness facilities, climbing, dining and entertainment spaces. Each environment came with its own structural, mechanical and performance requirements.

Cold ice environments had to coexist with the heat and humidity of the pool. A pre-engineered metal building had to integrate with conventional structural steel designed by separate engineering teams. Building systems had to transition across spaces with entirely different conditioning requirements, all while maintaining one cohesive facility. Delivering it required continuous coordination among the owner, design team, engineers, trade partners, utilities and local jurisdiction.

The result: 450,000+ SF of highly specialized construction delivered in 18 months, with as many as 300 construction personnel on site during peak construction and zero lost-time safety incidents.

Some of L.F. Jennings’ most complex Corporate Interiors projects happen in spaces where photography, access and even project details are restricted.

Since our Corporate Interiors division was launched in 2010, our teams have performed work for federal agencies, defense and intelligence organizations, government contractors and technology firms under stringent security requirements. Badge-controlled access, technology-restricted areas, controlled deliveries, off-hours construction and changing operational requirements are all part of working in these environments.
