Our Montana project is complete!
We are proud to announce that the commercial condominiums and flex warehouse space project in Missoula, Montana is officially complete. Scott walks us through the finished space, pointing out some of the features he is most proud of.

Thank you so much to everyone for their hard work on this project, both in Fallbrook and Montana! Our local office staff, on-site subcontractors, project managers, and representatives from the city of Missoula all collaborated so well together. Everyone’s attention and hard work kept this project running along smoothly from start to finish.

New master bed and bath reveal

Our client wanted to update and upgrade their master bedroom and master bathroom in their Fallbrook home, so they came to Youngren Construction. Our team helped with the new design and layout, then got to work!

After removing some unwanted drywall shelving near the ceiling, the bathroom had a much more open and spacious feel.

Now the rooms are open, bright, modern, and have brand new fixtures that will stand the test of time and use.

We wish our clients many years of comfort and enjoyment in their new space!

New master bed and bath reveal!
Our client wanted to update and upgrade their master bedroom and master bathroom in their Fallbrook home. The Youngren Construction team helped with the new design and layout, then got to work!

After removing some unwanted drywall shelving near the ceiling, the bathroom had a much more open and spacious feel.

Features include:
-A cast iron standalone tub
-Floor to ceiling herringbone tile
-Pebble flooring in the shower and tub area
-Upgraded vanity and makeup area
-A bidet toilet
-Oversized rain shower head
-New flooring in each room

Now the rooms are open, bright, modern, and have brand new fixtures that will stand the test of time and use.

It’s time to present this Veteran family with the keys for their new home! 🏡

Ceremony starts at 10:00 am.
Ceremony will be followed by light refreshments and an opportunity to tour the home.

This home was provided by Homes For Our Troops, a publicly funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives.

This marks the 41st Homes For Our Troops home built by Youngren Construction! We are proud to continue building for our nation's severely injured Veterans.

Heather continues our tour!
This is one of our latest kitchen remodels in Fallbrook.

Heather shows us the fabulous walk-in pantry, complete with a sliding library ladder, farmhouse sink, and sunny window. A great place to close the door and find your happy place!

We always enjoy helping our clients with the selection process, whether it’s tile, lighting, flooring, countertops, or appliances. We have so many wonderful vendors to send clients to, and seeing it all come together in the end is very rewarding.

More progress made on this commercial new build here in Fallbrook!
Nash shows us how the block is all finished, and the crews are now working on the structural slab on the inside.

Next up will be trusses on the roof, metal ledgers, and blocks between the trusses. Then we can move on to strapping and roof sheeting to tie the building together to get ready for the roofers to come in and lay down the waterproof roof.

After many months of planning, working with the local water districts, fire, water, sewer, and others to get these plans drawn up, approved, and permitted, it’s so rewarding putting it all in place. Our team handles all of the pre-construction planning and permits, which helps the client save time and hassle.

Great work to our team on the ground and the office crew for keeping this project moving right along.

Another kitchen masterpiece!
This was an incredible kitchen remodel project in Fallbrook. Our client wanted to maximize their space and add a new pantry for extra storage, while also updating the look and feel of the kitchen and dining room. The large kitchen island has plenty of space for bar seating so guests and owners alike can socialize and relax together.

Project highlights:
-Brand new cabinets (floor to ceiling, with built-in lighting and slide out shelves)
-New stainless steel appliances
-Porcelain slabs for the counters and backsplash
-Polished chrome hood vent
-New tile flooring
-New windows (installed by Youngren Tradeworks)
-New light fixtures and faucets

The pantry has its own sink and w**e fridge, a rolling ladder to reach the floor to ceiling shelves easily, a natural stone tile in a daisy pattern, and even its own window for light, ventilation, and a nice view.
