Come check out this job site, we’re almost done.

For months, our team has assisted on a project by Youngren Construction out in Missoula, Montana. The project: commercial flex warehouse condominiums.

Our jobs:
-Installing doors and hardware
-Installing windows and trim
-Installing wall paneling in the units' bathrooms

These units have been designed and built to withstand the harsh elements out in Montana (cold, snow, wind, heat, you name it).

This project is almost wrapped up!

For months, our team has assisted on a project by Youngren Construction out in Missoula, Montana.

The project: commercial flex warehouse condominiums.

Our jobs:
-Installing doors and hardware
-Installing windows and trim
-Installing wall paneling in the units' bathrooms

Cole takes us on a tour of the in-progress job site as the crew are working hard.

These units have been designed and built to withstand the harsh elements out in Montana (cold, snow, wind, heat, you name it). The doors are super solid and will hold up to constant use by the future tenants.

In the bathrooms, we cut and installed FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) wall panels. These durable, moisture-resistant sheets are ideal for high-traffic, hygienic areas.

The dual glazed entry doors are filled with argon gas. This dense, colorless gas slows down heat transfer and reduces sound transmission, making the door highly energy-efficient.

The windows have a thermal barrier that will save big bucks on heating and cooling costs.

Getting closer to the finish line, and looking forward to getting everything “buttoned up,” as Cole puts it!

Project complete!

For months now, our team has worked on a total home remodel of a 1970’s era house in San Diego. This project by Youngren Construction called for all new windows and doors throughout the home.

The homeowners also selected some really unique custom doors:

-First is a French Door with Side Lights that open and lock independently of the main door. That means you can get a nice breeze through these little doors, each containing its own screen to keep the critters out.

-Next is a sliding Pocket Door in the master bathroom to save space, eliminating the standard swinging door.

The double paned vinyl windows are all high quality double paned windows, installed with precision and care.

Our team’s final touch is to install a closet shelving unit so the clients can stay organized in style.

Project walkthrough with Cole.

For months now, our team has worked on a total home remodel of a 1970’s era house in San Diego. This project by Youngren Construction called for all new windows and doors, baseboards and more throughout the home.

The homeowners also selected some really unique custom doors:

-First is a French Door with Side Lights that open and lock independently of the main door. That means you can get a nice breeze through these little doors, each containing its own screen to keep the critters out.
-Next is a sliding Pocket Door in the master bathroom to save space, eliminating the standard swinging door.

Overall the home is more open, with lots of natural light and space for the clients to enjoy. We really enjoyed working with the Youngren Construction team, as always.
