Removed an old leaking PRV(that’s Pressure Regulating Valve for the Lappers), which was only regulating one half of the building, and installed a new PRV on the down stream side of the Backflow. So now the whole building is pressure regulated and no more leak.

Went out to a customer in Fallbrook, who’s Backflow failed its annual test by The RV was not opening, so I opened up the device, cleaned and lubricated everything and the 975XL work beautifully. There was one other problem, that wasn’t mentioned in the report, but I decided do that little extra for my customer. I made sure there was the proper 12” clearance below the RV vent and cleaned up around the Backflow. There’s a plumber who’s videos I like and he said something in one of his videos that has stuck with me. “Let’s keep our Profession Professional.” I just thought that was a brilliant statement. Sometime the the little extra we do as professionals is as important or more than the job we were hired to do. Stay Professional San Diego.
