Lindsay joins RST through a mutual industry partner and brings a strong background in operations, client service, and process improvement. In her previous role as Operations Manager for a Trust & Estates law firm, she focused on identifying challenges, improving efficiency, supporting company outreach, and helping create a smooth, positive client experience.
