⭐ Project Completion ⭐

IMPACT Strategies is proud to announce the completion of SIU Foundation's new Tedrick Welcome Center at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale — the first major new building on campus in more than a decade.

This state-of-the-art, 44,000-square-foot facility will serve as the front door to SIU, welcoming future Salukis, alumni, donors, and visitors for generations to come. The center includes a visitor and event space, the new home of the SIU Foundation, and flexible gathering areas designed to support campus and community engagement.

Congratulations to everyone involved in creating a space that will leave a lasting impact on the SIU community.

At IMPACT Strategies, we believe building better communities means investing in the people who will shape them — starting with our youngest.

That is why we are proud to stand behind KIDstruction Week and its mission to benefit St. Louis Children's Hospital while helping provide care and resources for the children and families who depend on them every day.

This year's KIDstruction Ambassador, David, is a living example of the difference this work makes. KIDstruction Week unites leaders across the architectural, engineering, and construction industries to fund pediatric care, therapy programs, community health initiatives, and other vital services for local families.

We were honored to welcome KIDstruction Board members Mike Hayes and Nick Arb to the BJC HealthCare Children's Specialty Care Center project site in Wentzville — a visit that reinforced just how meaningful and far-reaching these efforts truly are.

We’re proud of our team for stepping up last weekend to support Keep Belleville Beautiful! 🌎

Our team was assigned 20 blocks along Main Street, where they spent the morning picking up trash and helping make the community a cleaner, more welcoming place for everyone. It’s always rewarding to step outside the jobsite and make an impact where we live and work.

We’re incredibly honored to be recognized at the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers (SLC3) Show Me Awards, bringing home both the Construction Manager Excellence Award and the Outstanding Construction Project Over $20M for the BJC St. Peters Outpatient Center!

The Construction Manager Excellence Award really speaks to our IMPACT team—team members who show up every day ready to solve problems, support each other, and successfully complete the job. From precon to closeout, it’s their dedication, teamwork, and pride in what they do that makes all the difference.

We’re proud to share the impact of our recent Diaper Donation Drive through our Making an IMPACT Foundation!

Last week our team had the opportunity to deliver these donations to Sweet Babies, where their volunteers expressed sincere gratitude for the incredible generosity shown by our team and partners. Sweet Babies assembles and distributes over 1,000 “Gift Bags” each year, providing essential baby items to at-risk families across the St. Louis community.

Because of your support, these donations will go a long way in helping families in need and making a meaningful difference for the youngest members of our community. Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped us continue Making an IMPACT where it matters most. 💙
