Oberlin College & Conservatory needed a shared space for the Center for Engaged Liberal Arts (CELA), bringing programs that had been spread across campus together under one roof.
CPL transformed 37,000 square feet in the Mudd Center to create space for faculty offices, collaboration, meetings, lounges and student interaction. The renovation also retains the character of the existing 1971 building, including its exposed waffle slab construction.

A basketball game. A graduation. A concert. A community celebration. 🏀 At the Kernersville Recreation & Event Center, the court is just the beginning. The 49,000-square-foot facility brings together spaces for fitness, art, cooking, meetings and events, giving the community a place to gather in many different ways.

CPL worked with the Town of Kernersville, North Carolina to create a recreation center designed to adapt to the activities and people who use it.
