It’s National Boss’s Day, so I guess we should give credit where credit is due. 😏

These two probably answer more phone calls in one day than some people do in a month. 🫠 Their brains never seem to shut off. Whether it’s doom scrolling at 2 AM researching parts and equipment or already planning who’s going to be doing what two months from now, they’re always thinking ten steps ahead.

If they had it their way, they’d probably be out on the job sites running their equipment instead of sitting behind a desk. But someone has to find the jobs, keep the work lined up, plan ahead, coordinate schedules, manage crews, communicate with customers, order materials, update the equipment, solve problems, and make sure everything is ready to keep the work moving (just to name a few 🙃). And that means long days that don’t end even when they leave the office.

When these two get involved, you know the job will get done. No hand-holding, no BS, no nonsense. They get it done.

Love them or hate them, Beemer Companies wouldn’t be where it is without them. 😉 Say what you want about these two, but I’d be willing to bet they’d be the first to lend a hand to just about anyone.

110 years, five generations, and a whole lot of hard work behind the name. Thank you, Guy and Lee, for everything you do to keep Beemer Companies moving, both on and off the job. We appreciate you more than you know!

7 years for Jason Embry!

Embry is one of those guys we’ve learned we can count on. He’s devoted to doing things right, finds a way to figure things out, and isn’t afraid of a long day. Whether it’s coming in early, staying late, working 6-day weeks, traveling for work, or covering a weekend service call, he puts in the time when the job calls for it.

And when it comes to Embry, arguing with Travis, eating spicy food, and sharing his homemade jerky seem to be a few of his favorite ways of showing love. 🙂

We appreciate his willingness to step in and step up when help is needed. Thank you for 7 years, Embry!

It is with heavy hearts that we pass along the news of the loss of one of our own, Richard Danielson.

Richard dedicated 38 years to Beemer Companies, becoming a familiar face and an important part of the Beemer family. He was a trusted coworker, a mentor, and a friend to many.

As our septic installer, Richard spent 38 years in the field, helping countless customers along the way. He was always a friendly face—someone people could count on when they needed help, advice, or even just a simple laugh. His expertise went far beyond septic work, with years of experience in service work and a willingness to pass along any knowledge he had to those around him. After nearly four decades in the septic business, it’s safe to say Richard had seen a lot of s**t along the way. 🙂

Following a stroke, Richard sadly passed away. While our hearts are heavy, we are grateful for the years, friendships, memories, and laughter he gave us.

For 38 years, Richard was a part of Beemer Companies and, more importantly, a part of the people who worked here. He made friendships, shared plenty of memories, and left his mark on the company in ways that won’t be forgotten.

Please join us in keeping Richard’s family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Thank you, Richard, for your friendship, knowledge, hard work, and for being such an important part of the Beemer family. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

If you knew Richie, the Ford Econoline probably comes to mind. We have a feeling he rode that thing straight into heaven. ❤️

6 years for Gage Eggestein!

Not many dull moments when Gage is involved. Between the smack talking, the quick-witted responses, and showing up a little late every now and then, he knows how to keep things interesting.

He’s versatile, can usually figure out how to make himself useful, and even after six years, he’s still learning and figuring a few things out. Most importantly, he has a way of making even the longest days a little more fun.

And of course, Gage has spent six years proving he works hard… mostly because he really doesn’t want anyone calling him privileged. 😆

Happy 6 years, Gage! We’re glad to have you around!

2 Years for Kadyn Miller!

Single? Hardworking? Willing to get dirty?
Ladies, we may have found your guy!

Kadyn is willing to come in early, stay late to finish what was started, and help out another crew. He’s always willing to lend a hand - or two when he’s got them. 🙂

He works hard, runs his mouth, and isn’t afraid of a little mud. A true catch, if you ask us!

All jokes aside, we appreciate the reliability, willingness to learn, and personality you bring to the crew. Thanks for two years, Kadyn!

8 Years for Ole Enderson!

Our machine shop wiz who can fix just about anything and somehow make just about anything, too. If it’s broken, Ole can probably fix it. If it doesn’t exist, he can probably make it.

Reliable, hardworking, and always someone you can count on to figure out a way to put your project together. And one thing we’ve learned over the years - there’s no such thing as a “quick” run to Ole’s! Stop in for one thing, and somehow end up staying awhile for a whole other conversation. 😆

Thanks for 8 years of keeping things running, making things work, and always finding a way to make it happen. We appreciate you, Ole!
