Today, we wrapped up Safety Week with a Safety Standdown at the Fairlawn Country Club. Thank you to Bruce Wilson, Vice President of Operations, for sharing his insights and taking the time to reinforce the importance of keeping one another safe.

We also appreciate our construction leadership team for being on site and continuing to lead by example. Their presence and commitment underscore how critical safety is at every level of our organization.

While Safety Week may come to an end, our commitment does not. Safety is a priority we carry forward every day, on every jobsite, in the office, and beyond.

We had an awesome turnout at the Hall of Fame Water Park and Stark County Jail for our Safety Standdowns. Thank you to everyone who took a few minutes out of their day to pause, focus on safety, and listen to the shared stories and insights.

These conversations reinforce the importance of staying aware, looking out for one another, and making safety a priority. Every voice and every moment of attention helps strengthen our safety culture.

Yesterday, we were on site at Sono Bello for a Safety Standdown as we celebrate Safety Week. Thank you to Logan Gresock, Senior Superintendent, for leading the discussion and helping kick off the week strong.

Todays topic: Respond: taking time to assess the situation before reacting is key. Avoiding rapid responses and thinking through potential risks helps prevent putting ourselves or others in harm’s way. A thoughtful response can make all the difference, on site and in everyday life.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration | Camp Manatoc Skilled Trades Education Center

Congratulations to Patrick Scherer and the entire Boy Scouts of America team at Camp Manatoc on the opening of their new Skilled Trades Education Center! It was truly special to see this project come full circle and celebrate its completion together this past weekend.

We are grateful to have been part of this project and honored to continue our long‑standing partnership. We’re proud to have constructed another facility on your campus and look forward to the lasting impact this center will have for generations to come.

New Project Alert | Renovation Project

We’re joining forces with RUPES USA to support their move into a new space in Solon. The existing 100,000 SF building was originally divided into three separate spaces, and our team has been brought on to demolish the majority of the interior and reconfigure it into one large industrial warehouse for the manufacturing and testing of RUPES products.

This project is part of RUPES’ larger relocation and expansion into Northeast Ohio, made possible in part through the efforts of inSITE Advisory Group, who helped secure key incentives and bring the project to the region.

We’re proud to be part of a transformation that supports innovation, growth, and continued investment in our local communities.
