When we think of Engineering and Surveying, we think of computers and GPS equipment. But not too long ago, we used Transits, steel tapes, T-squares and slide rules. We drew maps and plans by hand with personal style and made blue-line copies with machines that used ammonia. Thankful for the new technology but sometimes we miss the therapeutic monotony of drawing on a drafting table and creating technical works of art.

S.E. Civil is honored to provide planning, surveying and engineering for Rowan Oak, a 134 acre, mixed use Planned Unit Development in Daphne, Alabama. Project highlights include a public park with Pickleball courts, a much needed East-West connection between County Road 13 and Friendship Road and a turn lane at Friendship Road and County Road 64.
