We have some retail racks in our way on a job. We have removed them and seperated all pieces. Contact us if you would like to make an offer on them for your space. 12 ft tall. Shelves average 4ft wide x 16 inch deep. Entire units stand 2ft off the wall.

Early morning today, close an off some old unused doorways, blocking them up and the painter will come to match texture of outside.

Steel worker welded up his supports per engineers plans and anchored the wall off.

Meanwhile , inside we have some concrete to fill in where walls came out, and more holes to cut up high through the wall.

Today's job came with a 1/4" margin for error.
We were cutting a new opening between two suites at the mall - and on the other side of that concrete wall sat a live water main that feeds half the property. Hit it, and every business on that wing shuts down.

First measurements showed we would be riding the edge of the pipe. But final details showed the cut to be made is directly behind the pipe. So we only had 1/4" from back of concrete wall to face of water main.
So we engineered a way to spot the blade mid-cut, adiusted the opening, and supervised every inch of the pass.

Our Bay Minette Project is about to finally move into full swing!

This roof has had all screws replaced, coated and sealed. The walls have been painted, and the whole interior has been sprayfoamed.

Thats about all that will remain when we get into this. Everything else changes.

We cant wait.

This will be another great Early Childhood Educational Center right here for Bay Minette parents looking for Quality Childrens Educational Enrichment, not daycare.

This is going to be a big scope of work so it may not be available until Spring 2027, but lets see if we can move it up!

Advocates will be on-site to assist families with completing applications.
