Good morning everyone. It is spring time and it’s full speed ahead. We just finished a beautiful siding job on a home that we built an addition on a few years back. And now decided to tie the existing home siding with the new addition. We went from grey siding to all white, board and batten on the gable ends to tie into the addition. All the window trim and sills were replaced. It looks absolutely fantastic.

Good morning everyone. TGIF, we are just about finished with the beautiful exterior of this home. Garage door is getting installed today. Insulation is complete, rough electrical and plumbing is done. It’s time for blueboard and plaster next week. Very exciting stuff. The final product is gonna absolutely beautiful, stay tuned for more pics soon…

Good morning everyone. What a difference a day makes. Big thanks to Danny Gibbs from Gibbs roofing for knocking this install out of the park. Absolutely beautiful red cedar roofing to match the existing home, with copper flashing and drip caps. Time to button up the rest of the addition with siding. Stay tuned for more pics soon.

Good morning everyone. We’re full speed ahead on our kitchen/mudroom/garage addition. Project is really coming along. We’re residing the existing home as well to tie into the new addition. Replacing all the trim work and gutters as well. It’s gonna be a beauty when finished..

Good morning everyone. We’re on the tail end of finishing all the exterior siding and pvc work. Mother Nature certainly was not cooperating this year. But, we have managed to Push through and get back on track. Hoping to get full rough inspection asap and then we can start insulation and blueboard/plaster. Big changes will be happening quickly, can’t wait to see it all come together

Good morning everyone. It’s Hump day, and now that Mother Nature seems to have a grip again, we’re able to get some siding and trim done. Longer days of sun allow for more work to get done. It’s push time. Spring will be here before you know it….

Good morning everyone. We just finished a great bathroom remodel. Nothing had to move which is always a great $$$ saver if looking to remodel. Just needed some love, we swapped out all the drawer fronts and made new drawers and doors with a beautiful beaded detail, installed a new tile floor, added a beadboard detail, paint and a some new accessories..

Good morning everyone. We had a tough push in the last few weeks on a difficult property and weather , but Russell Frade and his crew got it done, along with Mike Cardoso and his crew putting in the foundation. The addition will expand the existing kitchen and create a mudroom/bathroom area as well with a new garage. Stay tuned for more pics soon.
