Good morning and TGIF. We have started a new kitchen project. Working with Ironwood Studio Co.. Which is always a great partnership for us. Demoing the old kitchen and installing a new kitchen window which is a bit bigger than the old window. Installing new kitchen cabinets and trim, should be a good one. Stay tuned for more pics soon

Good morning everyone. Just an appreciation post. Without a team that we have built over the years, none of this is possible. When building a project from start to finish, being organized is absolutely essential to make sure that project, not only stays on budget, but on time as well. So we would like to thank Russell Frade for excavating, Mike Cardoso for foundation work, Jake Fleurent Mason Contractor Inc., for all the concrete work, LAP CONSTRUCTION, for all the framing work, Danny Gibbs for all our roofing needs . Jon Barboza, from Barboza garage doors. Roger Poitras from KP Electric, Andy Perrone, for plumbing. Good morning. TGIF, wow we are right at the end of this beautiful project. It’s been an amazing journey working on this home. Countertops are in, all the final plumbing and electrical are complete. We’re just finishing up installing some beautiful faux beams to cover some structural beams in the home. It’s absolutely stunning. We will be wrapping this all up next week. Good morning everyone. We’re full speed ahead on this beautiful addition/remodel. Installing all the kitchen cabinetry. Blueboard is up, plastered and primed. And we’ve started all the interior window and door trim. The original kitchen had 6 cabinets, and with the new addition, the kitchen now has 26 cabinets. It’s absolutely spectacular inside. Good morning everyone. Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weekend. Well, we have finished our ADU project and boy does it look great. It’s about 780 sq feet, great for a retirement couple or a first time home buyer, or just someone that would like to downsize. But, it really came out beautiful. Enjoy the pics.

Good morning everyone. It is spring time and it’s full speed ahead. We just finished a beautiful siding job on a home that we built an addition on a few years back. And now decided to tie the existing home siding with the new addition. We went from grey siding to all white, board and batten on the gable ends to tie into the addition. All the window trim and sills were replaced. It looks absolutely fantastic.

Good morning everyone. TGIF, we are just about finished with the beautiful exterior of this home. Garage door is getting installed today. Insulation is complete, rough electrical and plumbing is done. It’s time for blueboard and plaster next week. Very exciting stuff. The final product is gonna absolutely beautiful, stay tuned for more pics soon…
