Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Financial and Budget Management:
Manage office budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payment of bills.
Oversee payroll preparation and approve office-related expenses.
Collaborate with finance teams to monitor and report on office expenditures.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Foster a positive office culture through effective communication and problem-solving.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and act as the go-to person for office-related queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and familiarity with office machines.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership qualities with a knack for fostering a collaborative work environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial processes.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Additional qualifications in Office Administration, Business Management, or related fields are a plus.
