A contemporary we built a while back. We had to lower the pool in with a crane through the roof. Thankfully it fit! Lol

Doing a small historic restoration for my friend and colleague Fred Scerbo. I get a lot of enjoyment doing these projects! Fun stuff. Needs copper and bead board, but looking pretty sweet!! These are before and after shots!

Dropped ceiling with cove lighting detail over the dining area at our Island Way custom. Framed in pine with a reglet to separate the trim from drywall ceiling surface. The lighting in the cavity above will be directed in giving it a subtle glow effect around the perimeter. @ Westport, Connecticut

Hey guys I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to all our new followers. My name is Warren Mantz and I’m the face behind the social media and most of the operations here at Mantz Construction. I’ve been in the trades all my life and have many skills from laying out foundations and operating equipment to performing carpentry. When I’m not on site I enjoy woodworking, working on cars and spending time with my family.
