LVL Day 👷🏽‍♂️🔨🧰 The most important part of this job. Renovations Painting & More takes extreme care and precision with the help of our architect to make removing these walls happen. Hiring someone you can trust for a project like this is important to us. Installing LVLs to support the ceiling where the kitchen walls used to be to make an open floor plan for our client changes the layout of this home immensely. Now that this major construction is done the fun parts start as we bring this home back together. Looking forward to the kitchen island addition and what a difference it will make in the kitchen.

Happy Monday Morning. 🏡 Starting this project in Fairfield today and it will change the whole feel of this home. Keep following along for updates.

With the help of our architect and interior designer we at Renovations Painting & More are doing this project from the consultation all the way to the final. We started demo today and will be opening the floor plan and installing LVL beams. Updating the kitchen (cabinets, backsplash, countertops, etc) and adding an island will change the flow and functionality of the space dramatically. We will be changing the floors, putting in new windows, adding a fireplace with built-ins, and so much more. You are going to want to see this when it’s all done.

We handle it all and make your home renovation project as fast and simple as possible. We are dealing with the town for permits and handling all that is needed with our architect and interior designer.

From the final to the beginning. Rebuilding this deck bigger better and stronger. With composite decking, azek flashing, and new concrete footing we demoed this older smaller deck and rebuilt upgrading the size and materials. The deck is beautiful and completely ready for all its outdoor summer use. We also did the steps by the garage door.

Our client came to us with problems with their foundation and leaking in their basement. We dug down and sealed the foundation and replaced the soil. We also added drainage channels to bring the water away from the foundation. 🏠 All waterproofed.
