The Lenten Roses are in full swing this week, look at the beautiful coloring of this gem, tucked in amongst a 10 year old stand of Brandywine Hybrid Hellebores. Introduced by breeder David Culp the amazing mix of colors in this strain makes every planting unique. This set of photos were taken a few minutes apart, and the mauve veining and picotee edge colors truly radiate as they appear to transition between magenta to mauve light changes.⁠
