Another pavement repair wrapped up in Middletown.

This project involved patching a 40' × 40' area of damaged pavement, removing the problem area and replacing it with new asphalt.

A new park is taking shape in Liberty Township.

Our team is making progress on the Thomin Park Project, including the installation of storm curb and pavement for the new parking lot.

Today, pavement went down — another major step toward bringing this new community space together.

From the sitework underneath it to the finished surfaces you’ll eventually see, there’s a lot that goes into building a park from the ground up.

Progress continues at Conrad in Milford.

Our crews are currently working on water line installation throughout the site, an important part of building out the infrastructure needed to support everything that comes next.

Utility work takes careful planning, precise installation and coordination with the rest of the sitework happening around it. It may not be the part of a project everyone notices first, but it plays a major role in getting a site ready for what’s ahead.

At Loveland, our crews handle the work that happens below the surface just as seriously as everything you see above it.

Rumpke Project Update 🚧

Our asphalt crew has been putting in the work at Rumpke as we continue completing the surface asphalt throughout the project.

This is the final layer that brings the finished pavement together, and our crew is working through each section to keep the project moving toward completion.

Another project where sitework, utilities, and asphalt all come together under one crew.

For 30 years, Loveland has been building throughout the Cincinnati area from roads and parking lots to utilities, subdivisions, commercial developments and everything in between.

Three decades of projects. Thousands of days on the job. And a whole lot of work that you probably pass by every day without thinking twice about who put it there.

You may have noticed our crews building water meter pits on several recent projects, including Conrad, Rumpke Landfill and Gateway Lofts.

A water meter measures the amount of water entering a property, while the meter pit provides a protected, accessible space for the meter and water service connection.

Swipe through to see the process so far from preparing the base and forming the pit to pouring the walls and installing the water lines.

And we’re not finished yet. Stay tuned for the meter pit lids and the finished product!

DID YOU KNOW?

That manhole being set in the ground is an important part of the sanitary sewer system — and there’s a lot more to it than meets the eye.

Manholes provide crews with access to underground sanitary sewer lines for inspection, maintenance, cleaning and future repairs. They also connect different sections of the sewer system together, making them an important part of keeping wastewater moving where it needs to go. A lot goes into creating a finished neighborhood long before the first house is built.
