Some fun details. One day we saw a baby snapper trying to cross the road (apparently just hached) to get to the creek. We helped 16 get across safely. 😀

Last week, Sitka, Alaska adopted code that now makes tiny homes on wheels legal in residential areas with the hopes of promoting more affordable housing in the community.

The Triplexs are coming along nicely. We were pleasantly surprised on how spacious they feel with the big loft upstairs. It is only 200 sq ft but you can stand with in 2 ft from the knee wall. With the in floor heating and SIPS (structural Insulated panels) it is nice and cozy in there.
