Sponzilli Landscape Group

Behind every project is a team that makes it happen.

At Sponzilli Landscape Group, the work you see in the field is supported by people across our organization—from our crews and operations teams to the people who keep everything moving behind the scenes.
In this video, we introduce Mary Velasquez, our Director of Human Resources, and share a look at the people and daily operations that make Sponzilli what it is today.

Because building great landscapes starts with building a great team.

One backyard, with plenty of reasons to spend more time outside.

Morning coffee. Dinner on the patio. Friends gathered around the table. A quiet place to unwind at day's end.

When you design a backyard around how you actually live, each space has a purpose—and everything feels naturally connected.

What would make you spend more time in yours?

Fall has a way of showing you your landscape in a new light.

As the season changes, color, texture, and structure become more noticeable—and it’s often easier to see what's working and where there may be opportunities for improvement.

Maybe the front of your home needs more seasonal interest. Better balance. Updated plantings. Or a landscape plan that complements the architecture year-round.

Fall is a great time to take a fresh look at your property and start planning what comes next.

Your next landscape starts with what you notice today.

Did you spend this summer wishing you had a better place to cook and entertain outside?

An outdoor kitchen can change how you use a backyard—but creating one that truly works takes planning. Before construction begins, consider cooking and prep areas, utilities, seating, shade, circulation, and how it connects to the rest of the landscape.

That’s why fall is a good time to start thinking about next summer.

Take what you learned from your backyard this year and start planning the space you want to enjoy next year.

Your next summer starts this fall.

The equipment matters. The experience matters. But the people operating it make the difference.

Landscape maintenance is a team effort, and every property depends on crews who understand the work, communicate, and take responsibility for the details.

Landscape maintenance is the work you notice when it’s done consistently.

Freshly maintained planting beds. Clean edges. Healthy turf. Walkways and common areas kept neat. Details may change from property to property, but the goal stays the same: keep the landscape looking cared for throughout the season.

Here are a few Sponzilli team members making it happen.

Good work starts with good people.

Our crews are in the field every day, bringing the consistency, attention, and care that landscape maintenance requires. The people behind the equipment and the work help us maintain the standards our clients expect from Sponzilli.

We appreciate the team members who show up, work together, and take pride in the properties they care for.
