Project update! Paint being completed, final clear coat on floors and we are ready for our appliance delivery and installation next week.
The last step happening next week is a field stone backsplash in the kitchen. Can’t wait to see that bring the space home.

Another full-gut bathroom remodel complete! 🔨🛁

For this one, we removed a hallway closet that wasn’t functioning well and relocated the bathroom entry into that space. The change gave the bathroom a much more open feel and helped eliminate the door congestion in the hallway.

To make sure we didn’t sacrifice storage, we added a tall cabinet that gives our clients everything they need while keeping the space clean, functional, and finished.

A better layout, better flow, and a completely updated look from top to bottom.

Almost complete on this bathroom renovation! 🔨🛁

This historic home came with some unusual framing and layout challenges, so we gutted the bathroom down to the framing and rebuilt it step by step.

We managed to fit a brand-new tub along with built-in shelving behind it for extra storage—especially helpful since the space only allowed for a pedestal sink.

Modern finishes, quality materials, and everything underneath updated and built to last. Just a few finishing touches left!

Getting close to the finish line on this whole-home renovation! 🏡✨

This is just one of the showers we’ve completed—simple, clean, and beautiful.

We’re full steam ahead on the finishing this home, floors, kitchen, baths and some really exciting customs touches throughout and I can’t wait to share the completed home. So much more to come!

New house, fresh start. 🏡✨

For this repeat client, we jumped in on closing day and in just over two weeks tackled asbestos remediation, electrical updates, carpet and built-in removal, refinished the hardwood floors with a custom stain blend, completed full prep and paint, and finished with a professional clean.

Keys handed back to one very excited homeowner!

We’re almost at the finish line on this cosmetic renovation!
The hardwood floors are next, receiving a custom stain blend that will beautifully complement the different wood species throughout the home. It’s all about creating a seamless, high-end finish.

Once the floors are complete, the entire house will be professionally cleaned, followed by the final coat of paint throughout. Then we’ll hand over a home that’s in pristine, move-in-ready condition—right on schedule for the new owners and their movers.
There’s nothing better than delivering a finished project that’s ready to be enjoyed from day one.

The front of this home was in need of some major TLC! We found the problems and addressed them one by one and then restored the front facade to its original condition. New wood and aluminum premium windows, new roof, new cedar shingles all new trims and casing and added bluestone to the porch and step to finish it off and match the stonework on other areas of the home.

Another project underway for some of our repeat clients—this time in their newly purchased home.

We’re kicking off a cosmetic renovation that will include painting, floor refinishing, asbestos remediation, custom millwork, custom carpeting, electrical upgrades, and more.

Good results start with good preparation. Before the painting begins, we carefully cover and protect everything we don’t want paint on, then set up spotlights to expose imperfections in the walls and ceilings that need attention.

The prep work may not be the glamorous part, but it’s what helps create a clean, professional finish in the end.
