We are still offering our 8x12 special on a utility shed. $2,850 site build options are available for an additional price. We also do other sizes. Here are a couple 12x12s that were just completed for customers where there was no access to the property so we built these on site. Thanks for looking and send a message if you're interested.

Our 8 x 12 special has generated a lot of interest.
This one's a little smaller but just finished this one yesterday for a customer. They also ordered a ramp which is 4 ft x 6 ft.

Just finished this 8x8 shed for a customer. We are still running a special on 8x12 garden sheds and utility sheds for $2,850. Site builds are available for an additional fee.

Here is the most recent 8x12 I just finished for a customer. The customer wanted a garden shed but he also wanted to use it as a greenhouse. We decided to go with 3 ft by 8 ft of windows down each side and 3 ft by 4 ft on the end with 6 ft wide double doors on the other end. There's a small potting shelf in the back. Total price tag on this was 3595. Built on site. Give me a call and let me know your project. Running about 3 to 4 weeks out right now.

Without the windows we are running a special for $2,850 on a 8x12 garden shed.

Can also do an 8x8 or an 8x16. Just add or subtract $500 from the 8x12 price.
