WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN MEETING WITH KEN FOR THE FIRST TIME FROM ROOF.NET
Whenever I meet with a customer, I get straight to the point and explain everything in clear, simple terms so they fully understand what’s included with their new roof replacement. My explanation of the process usually takes no more than 7–10 minutes, and before leaving, I provide the customer with the exact cost on the spot.
There’s never any sales pressure. I also never ask for any money down. Payment is only due once the job is completed, and I prefer checks since credit card payments carry a 3% transaction fee.
Every roof comes with a 15-year transferable guarantee on both labor and materials against leakage. If you decide to sell your home, that guarantee automatically transfers to the new buyer, adding even more value to your investment.
Once our meeting is finished, I don’t make follow-up calls to push for a decision. The only time you’ll hear from me again is if you decide to move forward and call me directly to schedule the work.
