Cable insulation shrank from heat exhaustion due to weak main breaker. They do not manufacture this main breaker anymore. You can buy refurbished, but that’s like buying used tires. If your electrical panel is 25+ years old or close, give us a call on safety checks to verify connections or if it’s time to replace. Don’t get stuck with a bad main breaker and your without electricity for a few days and emergency fees.

Exposed wiring in suspended ceiling …. No ceiling box or could of installed wire directly into fixture. Client thought everything was fine for years and paid someone to install a fixture incorrectly. Safety checks are super important.
