IABA Member Connect Event at Fairbanks Truss!

This is a members only event, however members can personally invite or bring guests.

This is also a family friendly event! The first 20 kids will receive a build kit that they can put together at the event.

We will have jenga and co****le games on hand, however feel free to bring your favorite yard game and lawn chair.

In September of 2025, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) purchased 11 properties in the Matanuska Susitna and Fairbanks North Star Boroughs using $8,510,000.00 in Emergency Rental Assistance Program funds.  These lands were acquired for the purpose of constructing affordable housing.
