🚨 BREAKING NEWS: LOCAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR ACCUSED OF “BUILDING TOO MANY PROJECTS CORRECTLY” 🚨

Authorities have reportedly opened an investigation into SQC General Contractors after an overwhelming number of homeowners, business owners, and property investors reported unusually high levels of satisfaction with completed construction projects.

The allegations?

Sources claim SQC has been consistently delivering custom homes, remodels, commercial projects, and construction services with a level of professionalism that has left competitors “deeply concerned.”

Witnesses report:

🏠 Custom homes so well built that owners immediately begin planning their next project.

🔨 Remodels that completely transform homes without the horror stories clients were warned about.

🏢 Commercial projects completed with clear communication, organized scheduling, and professional ex*****on.

📞 Calls and messages being returned in a timely manner.

📋 Detailed proposals, transparent pricing, and realistic expectations from the beginning.

👷 Crews arriving prepared, organized, and focused on quality craftsmanship.

📐 Construction plans being followed correctly the first time.

🏔️ Alaska-built projects designed to withstand real-world conditions, not just pass inspections.

Officials also noted increasing reports of:

🚨 Homeowners saying, “The finished project looks even better than I imagined.”

🚨 Repeat customers calling SQC for their second, third, and fourth projects.

🚨 Job sites being kept unusually clean and organized.

🚨 Projects being completed with fewer surprises than industry averages.

🚨 Clients referring friends, family members, and coworkers at alarming rates.

🚨 Business owners reporting smooth project ex*****on with minimal disruption to operations.

• Bathroom Remodels
• Additions & Expansions
• Commercial Construction
• Tenant Improvements
• Structural Repairs

⚠️ Increased property value.

⚠️ A construction experience that is far less stressful than anticipated.

⚠️ The phrase “I wish I had called these guys sooner” being used repeatedly.
