Leaky 1980s double pane windows replaced with new vinyl triple pane windows. Old windows were insulated with a small amount of fiberglass insulation which created moisture and draft issues in the winter months.
New windows were pan flashed with Zip System flashing tape, spray foamed, sealed with Big Stretch caulking, siliconed window flanges to exterior wall, and had Zip System flashing tape applied over the window flanges. All windows were also trimmed out in pvc trim to avoid any rot issues in the future.

Lack of roof maintenance can end up causing more problems than just a new roof system. This neglected roof had leaked for years causing extensive rot in rafters and exterior load bearing walls. All rot was removed and replaced and a new roof was installed.

Quick 3 day reroof. Replaced 30+ year 3 tab shingles with a new Owen’s Corning Duration Architectural Shingle. Minor rot along the eve sheeting was replaced and underlaid with Ice&Water shield. Good for another 30 👍

Reroof on a newer installed roofing system. The previous contractor had under nailed and over driven nails into the current shingles which caused them to rip off during high winds. We removed the current shingles and replaced them with the correct underlayment, drip edge, and proper nailing pattern for the new shingles. Hurricane force winds don’t have a chance on this new roof system 💪🏼
