Every home has spaces waiting to be transformed. Those overlooked nooks and underused walls can become standout features when they’re thoughtfully designed and built with intention.

This custom bookshelf and ladder were created to turn a simple area into a personalized built-in that is not only functional but uniquely theirs.

Some of the photos shown here capture the work in progress—offering a behind-the-scenes look at how a project like this comes together from start to finish. Fun fact: the rolling library ladder shown is functional and we built from raw materials.

This bathroom remodel was all about better use of space and to curate something that fits the homeowners taste. We installed a new shower, updated the flooring with durable LVP, and added a new vanity and top. To improve storage, we converted a six-foot makeup vanity into a linen closet, finished with custom stained louver doors to match the existing trim. Warm finish, practical upgrades, and a space that’s easier to live in.

Preserving History in Fairbank

Our historic 1897 building has undergone a careful storefront restoration, staying true to its original character while ensuring it stands strong for years to come.

Some of the exterior work included:
• Installing modern time-period windows
• Fresh tuck pointing for structural integrity
• Color-matching and replacing deteriorating brick

We value the history of this building and believe in preserving the craftsmanship and details that make it apart of Fairbank.
