That’s a wrap took of the existing rotted radius steps and side of deck. And did what we always do did it correct. This is a prime example of not using the correct material. Not waterproofing etc etc. Customer is thrilled with the outcome. And I have to say these people were aces not that all our customers are anything short of great. This family had us laughing and enjoying our work day constantly. We used a darker board for the steps and border as the existing color is discontinued. Super Super happy with the outcome and on to the next one.

Every once in a blue moon we will do a repair, of a job we had nothing to do with. The customer had six other contractors look at this ,we measured it up and secured the project the same day.prime example of wrong material and not keeping stuff water proof.We are taking the incorrect radius steps off and doing it right . New steps will be angled instead of round frame was way to rotted to repair . Few days and this project will be complete.

That’s a wrap believe it or not Mama Nature was pretty good temp wise to us today. But she smoked ci**rs all day and made it for a miserable day to be outside. That being said That’s a Wrap on this one . Trex Foggy Wharf and Trex T-Top select railings. When we were all done packing up we just took a last look and said yup she looks great.
