I have been slacking…I didn’t open the stand yesterday because I was whooped and was traveling to Ithaca for an appointment for miss Sydney. But it bothers me when I don’t have any flowers out for anyone on my “scheduled” days. So for that, I am sorry! Juggling motherhood, partnership, working full time and this small business (why did I pick something so labor intensive?!) has been a learning curve to say the least. Learning I can’t do it all, all the time, and that is okay, I know it’s not my season for that right now 🩷

The stand is closed today— apologies for any inconveniences. I cut A LOT this weekend, so the garden needs a rest to rejuvenate itself for next week. The bouquet and arrangement in the stand are reserved (and marked as such). If you are looking for flowers, some great alternatives to check out: CK’s Flowers or Stem to Table over on County Route 7 in Hannibal (and usually has some over at Cup-Pa Coffee too) 💐

The stand sold out this morning before I could even snag or post a picture! I was busy busy this morning finishing up my weekly orders and a special order for centerpieces for a celebration of life. 🌸🌼🌻

Met a really awesome woman last night that I purchased some dahlias from to use in my bouquets. Always fun to chat with another crazy flower lady 🤪 Her and her parents have been growing dahlias now for a few decades and she is a wealth of knowledge, so happy to have connected with her!

The stand will be closed today as I give myself and the garden time to rest.

On a personal level, this past week was a little tough. Postpartum, hormones, and sleep deprivation are weird. I feel lucky that I’ve only had a few days in the past 7.5 months where I’ve struggled some. I am incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such a great support system. I am feeling much better!

I did a lot of flower therapy yesterday and while it is a lot of work, it’s truly therapeutic to me. 7 subscriptions bouquets, 5 bouquets for the stand, a custom order and what I am most proud of is I made an arrangement for myself. I haven’t done that in I truly don’t know how long.

As always, I’m so incredibly thankful for all the support. I never would have guessed to be sending this many flowers out into the world each week.

Have a relaxing Sunday, I know I will be! 🩷

On this lovely Sunday you’ll find fresh bouquets, sunflowers and dried eucalyptus.

Bouquets are $10
Sunflowers are $2 a stem or 3 for $5
Dried Eucalyptus bunch for $5
