🎉 This month, we celebrated an incredible milestone for one of Bender’s most recognizable faces and longest-standing contributors: Dave Bradley, who joined Bender Inc. 35 years ago.

Dave was among the very first employees to walk through our doors, helping shape the foundation of the company we are today. Over the decades, he has trained countless technicians and new team members (including our CEO, Dave Knecht), leaving his mark on nearly every corner of our organization. His commitment to sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and ensuring our customers are supported with expertise and care has had a lasting impact on generations of Bender employees.

As a Service Technician, Dave has traveled extensively on behalf of Bender, supporting critical installations, solving challenging problems, and representing our values everywhere he goes. In doing so, he has famously visited 49 out of 50 U.S. states.

To honor his dedication (and finally help him close the loop!), Bender is gifting Dave and his wife a special trip to South Dakota - the final U.S. state on his list. After 35 years of service, loyalty, and adventure, we’re thrilled he’ll officially be able to say he’s seen all 50.

Dave, thank you for your unwavering reliability, your willingness to drop everything and help a customer at a moment’s notice, and the professionalism you bring to every challenge. And of course, thank you for the humor, lightheartedness, and joy you bring to our team.
