as we head back to school...

Throwing it back to the transformation of the historic Moravian Academy Christian Education Building!

Our team completed a 5,400 SF second-floor renovation, carefully blending modern functionality with the character of this space. The project included asbestos abatement and demolition, architectural renovations, MEP upgrades, new finishes, and custom millwork and finish carpentry serving both functional and decorative purposes.

A great example of how thoughtful can breathe new life into an existing space while preserving its unique character.

This morning, we had the opportunity to sponsor the Bisnow Lehigh Valley State of the Market event at a space that holds special significance for our team. The event took place at the Prologis facility where Elevate Construction Partnership recently completed a comprehensive office and warehouse renovation, transforming the 355,000 SF facility with upgraded workspaces, refreshed finishes, enhanced warehouse functionality, and improvements designed to support Prologis and its tenants for years to come.

It was rewarding to see the building serving as a gathering place for leaders across the commercial real estate and construction industries. Thank you to BISNOW for bringing together so many great conversations about the future of the Lehigh Valley market, and thank you to Prologis for the opportunity to be part of this project.
