Did you know New Hampshire’s ADU laws just got a major upgrade? 🏠✨As of July 2025, homeowners can now build detached ADUs (like backyard cottages or garage suites) "by-right" in most towns. This means fewer zoning hurdles and more opportunities to:
✅ Create a private space for aging parents
✅ Design a dedicated home office
✅ Generate rental income right on your property
Whether you’re looking for a modern cottage or a functional garage conversion, we specialize in plans that maximize your lot and meet the new 950 sq. ft. state standards. Ready to see what's possible on your land? Send us a message or visit www.violethilldesign.com to get started!
