Field trip day! 🌿
We spent time Mangold Horticulture getting the full tour of their facility this week. We’ve partnered with them for 11 years, and it was so fun to finally see where the magic happens behind the scenes.
Thank you to the entire Mangold team for having us.
Great partners make great projects. 🤝

“We did look at other builders.”

We love that Kari said that. Inviting someone into your home to remodel the entire main level is a big decision, especially with a family living there through it all.

Kari and family, it was an absolute joy to bring your vision to life. Thank you for trusting us with the heart of your home. 🤍

Old homes have stories to tell, and the best remodels know how to keep those stories alive.

While we don’t have a home on this fall’s Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase tour, we’re excited to be featured in the official guidebook!

Ryan Smolik, our Director of Design, shares his perspective in “Modern Living, Historic Soul,” alongside a historic Excelsior home thoughtfully remodeled by our team.

The article explores how older homes can be updated for modern life while preserving the character and details that make them special.
