Here at Knott's Tree Service , we are always trying to do more for our employees. On top of our 100% employer-paid health insurance, paid holidays, two weeks of paid vacation, boot/clothing allowance, and bonuses—I'm sure there are more I don't remember—we recently added paid maternity leave for our employees as well, as we are always trying to do better and be better. We are building careers for our employees, not just providing cash-paid positions with nothing to show for them.
