Got a call the other day for a line bore job on a forklift mast. The mechanics tore it down and realized the bores on the mast side were wiped out. (Sorry I didnt take any before pics). We we able to mobilize the next day and get this knocked out for them.
With the bores being nearly 4ft apart we used the 8ft bar and got these 2.5" bores cut back to spec. If you have any equipment that is in need of any bore repairs give us a call.

Built. Fabricated. Installed.
We built this 54" hooklift frame for as he's always adding to his roll off fleet. Designed in Fusion, built in the shop and field installed a few days later.

John Deere rockshaft housing we line bored on probably the hottest day of the year so far. The drivers side was worn well through the old bush and into the housing on the top 25%. The passenger side was fine. We were able to weld up the worn section and get the bar center up on the existing housing, only needing to cut the section we welded. Got it cut back into spec and pressed the new bushings in. There was just enough room to get the machine in there without any hassle which was a relief, although welding cast isn't at the top of my favorites list we got it done nicely.

Little pipe project I did a week or so ago. I was brought in the help the customer during a plant shutdown. This is a P trap mounted to a tank that we had to take 4 inches out of the long upper leg. With the 2 flanges still needed to fit the tank there ended up being 4 joints that had to be cut, fit and rewelded. I was able to get everything modified as needed, fit and rewelded and the piece fit back on the tank with no issues after passing a mag particle test. I was happy with the results and was glad I practiced before hand. Definitely learned a lot on this job, as I don't do a lot of pipe, but is was fun/challenging and look forward to more pipe work.

Quick run over to Withrop for an install with and Bodes Precast. I helped set and welded out this 4 panel stormwater vault, had lunch and came home. I've only had this auction welder back from the shop for about a week and was the perfect opportunity to load it up and try it out. So far I'm really happy with it.

Little overhaul on this Hitachi 225. New bucket pins from and touched up the inside faces where the coupler was wearing into it. As well as where the pin rides on the front section. Line bored both coupler bores, thumb and the end of the stick. All new bushings and seals. Definitely a huge improvement to what it was before. Thanks to helping get this done a little faster.
