This is what months of factory work looks like in a single day.

The Crossings is an affordable housing project for the Chaffee County Housing Authority. By the time set day arrives, much of the construction has already happened inside the factory, allowing the project to take shape quickly on-site.

This is what housing looks like before it's housing.

Inside our Aurora factory, each module moves through 21 production stations while our team completes a different stage of construction at each stop. Much of the work that would traditionally happen on-site is completed here before the modules are delivered and set.

Meet Stasi Keramidis, VP of Supply Chain.

Stasi spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry before pivoting to real estate investing, which opened the door to homebuilding. Once inside, he moved fast — Cost Accountant to Production Manager to Director of Supply Chain at a major national homebuilder, over eight years. He joined Vederra Modular in 2026.

That arc matters. Someone who came from outside the industry and built their supply chain expertise from the ground up understands exactly where costs leak and how to stop it. He's not working from habit. He's working from data.

At Vederra, Stasi owns the supply chain end-to-end. What we pay for materials, how you source them, how that discipline flows through to the final cost of a home — that's his operation. The goal is lower-cost homes without cutting quality. The path to that runs directly through supply chain.

That's what Stasi built. That's what he brings.
