Sharing my wife’s post here. It’s a little long, but it’s good. 😊
Snohomish County is currently one of the hottest real estate markets in the country! Yes, it is a “sellers market.” However, despite the current trends in our market you will find that buyers and sellers alike will run into different types of challenges, which can be potentially be tough and unpleasant. My job is to help you navigate those challenges and make your experience as smooth and seamless as possible so that you can relax and know that your home and your family are in good hands. Throughout this process you will have questions and concerns. My job is to quickly get you the answers and resolution you need. I take this responsibility very seriously, priding myself on being on the ball and giving my clients the personal attention they deserve.
Working alongside my husband who is a general contractor to remodel three houses in the last five years has taught me so much about quality and craftsmanship in the construction of homes, both inside and out. (Also underneath… we have spent some quality time together in crawl spaces.) As you can imagine, home renovation and real estate are regular topics of conversation in our house. And yes, we do help my clients get their homes ready to list!
As you are getting ready to buy and/or sell, I would like for you to know that I have been in your position many times. We have sold two of our homes in the last three years and bought three homes in the last five years. I understand the emotions that are involved in these transactions because I have been where you are. As an agent who is constantly buying and selling her own homes, it is imperative that I have my finger on the pulse of the market at all times, and you as my client will benefit greatly from this!

In addition to my experience as a real estate agent, I have almost a decade of experience in lending from my time in the banking industry. You may have questions about your own financing if you are buying, or about the financing on the offers that come in if you are selling. I am here to help you understand this very important aspect of real estate.
I do what I do as a real estate agent because it fits so perfectly with who I am already. I love giving service. I love houses. And I love building relationships with people. I have worked many different jobs, and I am happy to say that for the first time in my life I have a career where I get to wake up and do what I love! I am truly honored when my clients trust me with such an important responsibility that impacts their lives in a huge way. I get a lot of satisfaction in going above and beyond for my clients and in the end, seeing my clients happy with the professional service I give them is my greatest reward.
