About to hop on a plane to Charlotte, then catch my final flight home after an eye-opening couple of days in Brooklyn. I just wanted to thank Nick, Shannon, and the entire Topline Pro team for such a warm welcome and an insightful AI Day.

It was great finally putting faces with the names of my customer success team and others I've worked with since May of 2021. I learned a lot about where AI is headed, and after getting my first look at their phenomenal Sidekick app, I'm stoked to see what it can do for The Grass Guys™.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and one final property on Sunday turned into a full push to get caught back up. The goal was simple: protect the turf, make the right call, and still deliver the detail each property deserves.
