⚡️ Commercial Service Upgrade!

We recently completed a 400-amp service upgrade from single-phase to three-phase power for a local company preparing to add new equipment.

To make it happen, new utility poles and a transformer were installed, and we installed the conduit from the transformer to the new meter location. We then set a new 400-amp safety switch and installed a new electrical panel to accommodate the additional circuits needed for the facility.

Projects like this require careful planning and coordination to make sure the electrical system is ready to safely support new equipment and future needs.

⚡️ Another service upgrade in the books!

We upgraded this home’s electrical service from 100 amps to 200 amps by installing a new outdoor combination meter. This allowed us to add a dedicated circuit for the customer’s hot tub while increasing the home’s electrical capacity.

We also installed a new interior panel to replace the old setup and clean up the electrical system, giving everything a much cleaner and more organized look.

Another project completed and another electrical system ready to better serve the home! 🔌🏠

Last week on a job, we came across something pretty cool while swapping out some lights. We found an old fixture labeled from the Guth Lighting Company — a business that’s no longer around but was once based out of St. Louis and specialized in designing and manufacturing lighting.

For those who don’t know, Guth is our last name, so it made the discovery even more special. It’s not every day you run into a piece of history that shares your name!

Definitely a fun and unexpected find that made the day a little more interesting.

Some jobs take a little more digging… literally. ⚡🚜

We completed an electrical installation for a camper that required quite a bit of trenching to safely run power out to the site. It was a lot of work, but projects like this are always worth it.
