Today, I spoke with a customer needing a crawl space inspection and I went ahead and scheduled it for today (Saturday). I am walking around the home and looking things over and when I am about to get in the crawl space the customer asks, “Are you getting in there?” I said of course, how can I create an estimate and not see what’s going on? She said ok that’s great because the two other companies that came out didn’t get in. One opened the door and looked in and said you need a complete encapsulation with two sump pumps and a new v***r barrier. The other company must have X-ray vision. They said she needed the same thing PLUS piping all around the crawl space and a major mold treatment but never even opened the crawl space door.
I speak very highly about many of my competitors (I know they don’t do the same) but this kind of stuff right here just baffles and infuriates me! If you want an honest evaluation of your basement and/or crawl space, let us know and apparently, you’ll be very amazed at what happens…..we actually inspect your basement or crawl space to create your estimate……😂😂😂

Another crawl space saved by The Medics!!! We removed the old sump pit bucket and replaced it with a new sump basin and a new Lifetime Warranty sump pump w/wifi capabilities and of course our standard 12 mil reinforced, bright white plastic.
