A look inside Hattie B's first East Tennessee location in Knoxville. With this project, Corebuilt Contracting has now delivered two market-first restaurants for Hattie B’s, helping the brand enter both Illinois and East Tennessee.

Helping national and international brands expand into new markets is a big part of what we do. Our reach extends beyond Illinois into Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee, and includes Minneapolis and St. Louis.

The Knoxville restaurant brings local character to the Hattie B’s brand with bold orange accents and a nod to the iconic “Vols” sign at Neyland Stadium.

The 3,330 sf restaurant includes seating for 64 guests indoors and 33 more on a covered outdoor patio. Go check it out for yourself!

Happy National Tradesmen Day! Today we recognize the skilled professionals whose work moves every CoreBuilt project forward.

All our superintendents came to us with a highly skilled trade background and most of them are carpenters. Our superintendents and skilled laborers lead our job sites with experience, coordination, problem-solving and close attention to detail. Alongside our subcontractors and trade partners, they help turn plans into finished spaces while keeping quality, safety and schedule at the forefront.

Two stores built. One growing partnership.

Rock N Rags selected CoreBuilt for a second build-out, entrusting our team with its third store in Wicker Park. CoreBuilt delivered a bold, functional retail environment filled with the color, energy and personality that define the brand.

Oakbrook Center just got a little sweeter. 🍫

Hotel Chocolat opened its new Chocolate Shop & Café on August 12, marking the chocolatier’s sixth Chicagoland location. This was CoreBuilt’s second completed project for the retail brand.

The shop spans two existing commercial spaces and includes café and service areas, back-of-house operations, retail displays and storage. Inside, customers will find Ice Cream of the Gods, signature drinking chocolate served hot or cold and the brand’s expansive Wall of Chocolate.

This summer, Anthony Siciliano joined CoreBuilt Contracting as an intern, gaining hands-on commercial construction management experience across preconstruction and active job sites.

Working alongside senior project managers, superintendents, subcontractors and owners, Anthony supported project delivery from early bidding and planning through day-to-day field ex*****on. He also spent time on-site at St. Luke’s Church, MedVet and Woodhouse Spa.

The light hits differently here. ✨ Inside Kenilworth Union Church, CoreBuilt Contracting balanced modern functionality with details that honor the building’s history.

The completed spaces include a grand lobby with staircase and elevator, chapels, children’s areas, music practice rooms, preschool access, and adaptable rooms with movable partitions. Our work also included upgrades to 15 classrooms and 4 administrative offices.

One standout detail is a new glass-walled conference room at the main entrance, designed to reveal four stained glass windows that had previously been hidden from view.

From accessibility to craftsmanship, every interior detail was carefully coordinated to support how the church’s ministries use the building today.
