I'll be giving a webinar for Illinois Green on the first Passive House that we designed, located in Evanston, on July 23, noon to 1. This is the house that had a $0.01 electric bill two months ago, and a net positive ($90 credit) this last month! The owner and general contractor and I will go through what it took to pull of this sustainable magic trick!
