A little experiment, wilted hydrangea revival.
From 11:45 to 4:24, with 2:08 in the middle. I gave a fresh cut to the stems and placed them in very warm water. It’s best to give your cut hydrangeas a fresh cut when you first bring them home and then immediately place them is very warm water, almost hot. The ones in my photos were already 2 1/2 weeks old before they started to wilt. Quite an amazing flower!!!

I decided to combine them into one pot before I bring them in for the winter. They make a nice little composition, and this way they won’t dry out so fast in the winters indoor heat. Now I just have to figure out where to place it when it comes time to bring it inside. 😳

Looking for an easy way to switch your planters to fall mode, just buy some potted ornamental grasses. Instant beauty, I like to refer to as the β€œwallpaper effect”! Easy peasy, and if they survive the winter in your pots, which there is that possibility, you can plant them in your garden! πŸ€—

It’s been a great year for our gardens so far, this group of bee balm started from a few seedlings my friend gave me last year. What a treat! The hibiscus next to them are pretty darn happy too! Happy gardening friends!
Enjoy!

When was the last time you stopped to look at the clouds? It’s been a while, hasn’t it? As adults, we often find ourselves so preoccupied with daily tasks that we don't have time to stop and smell the roses – or gaze at the clouds, as is the case here.
