The trim is in, and we’re one step closer to the finished bathroom. Can’t wait to show you how it all comes together!

🔨 Behind the scenes of a renovation

Renovating one part of your home doesn’t mean the rest of the house has to feel like a construction zone.

For this project, we’re sealing off air vents and doorways around the work area to help keep dust and debris contained and the rest of the house as livable as possible while the work is underway.

It’s one of those little behind-the-scenes steps that makes a BIG difference when you’re living through a renovation.

Ultimately, the goal isn’t just a great finished space… it’s making the process as manageable as possible, too. 🏡

Big congratulations to Mark Ivey of Ivey Homes on being installed as President of the Home Builders Association of Georgia! 👏

It’s always great to see someone in our industry step up and serve in a leadership role. I’m proud to be a fellow Home Builders Association of The Greater Aiken-Augusta Region member and excited to see what the year ahead brings for Mark and the association.

Congrats, Mark! 🏡
